Request for Photography Services Proposals

The Annual Meeting Committee of the Afognak Native Corporation is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from Shareholders who possess photography skills and are interested in serving as the professional photographer during this year’s Informational Meetings and during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The 2008 meeting schedule is as follows:

Anchorage Saturday, March 15 5:00 p.m. Informational Meeting
Seattle Saturday, April 5 5:00 p.m. Informational Meeting
Kodiak Saturday, April 19 5:00 p.m. Informational Meeting
Port Lions Saturday, May 31 10:00 a.m. Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting Committee requires the RFP to include the following:

  • A history/description/resume of the Offeror, including photography experience and other functions where professional photography services have been rendered, if applicable.
  • A clear indication of the meeting(s) for which the Offeror is submitting the proposal: all meetings, one meeting or more than one meeting but not all meetings.
  • Samples of photographs taken for other activities or events.
  • Letters of reference, if possible.
  • A statement indicating the ability to meet the deadline of July 15, 2008, for submission of final photos.
  • Costs associated with all work required to fulfill the RFP.

Proposals must be received by 5:00p.m., on Friday, February 8, 2008 and should be submitted to:
