Board of Directors

Afognak Native Corporation is governed by a nine member Board of Directors.  All Board Members are Native shareholders and are elected by their fellow shareholders, serving staggered 3 year terms.

The Board of Directors governs the Corporation through its By-Laws, Governance Policy and the hiring of the CEO.  The CEO reports directly to the Board and is responsible for the Corporate operations.  Previous Board Members
