2009 Board Election Results
Afognak Native Corporation recently held its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Seattle, WA on May 16th at the Doubletree Seattle Airport Hotel. A quorum was established and three persons were successfully elected to the Board of Directors to fill regularly expiring three year terms. Inspector of Elections, Matt Matson from Peterson Sullivan reported the following results of election:

Edna Matthew, Robert “Bob” Nelson, and Virginia “Ginger” Ward having the highest number of votes, were declared re-elected Directors of the Corporation to hold office until the 2012 Annual Meeting.
Afognak Native Corporation (ANC) Board of Directors held their regular re-organization meeting immediately following the annual meeting to nominate and elect officer positions of the Board. Results of this year’s re-organization are as follows:
