Afognak Native Corporation recently held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Anchorage, AK on May 15th at the Anchorage Downtown Hilton Hotel. A quorum was established and three persons were successfully elected to the Board of Directors to fill regularly expiring three year terms.
