Afognak Native Corporation recently held its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Kodiak, AK on May 21st, 2011 at the Kodiak Elks' Lodge. A quorum was established and three persons were successfully elected to the Board of Directors to fill regularly expiring three year terms.
